Planned workforce model

Flexible work with lawful status and clearer protections.

For the ordinary UK DX Flexible Security Officer route, DefenceXpress intends to use a PAYE employment/payroll structure through DefenceXpress or an approved workforce partner. Genuine self-employed professionals may also participate where the real legal and working facts support self-employment.

  • No guaranteed assignments. Registration does not guarantee work, earnings or platform acceptance.
  • Suitability still matters. Future participation remains subject to identity, right-to-work, licensing, compliance, evidence, capability and Assignment requirements.
  • Applicable employment protections. The planned PAYE route includes applicable holiday entitlement, pension arrangements where eligible and employer-side insurance appropriate to covered security work.
  • Gross earnings protection. The ordinary DefenceXpress platform contribution is designed to sit in the Client price rather than being deducted afterwards from the gross Assignment rate accepted by the Officer.
  • Prompt payment by controlled process. Verified work is designed to move through traceable payroll/payment controls; an exact payment SLA will only be published once the approved workforce partner and banking rules are locked.
  • Status must match reality. Contracts and working practices must reflect applicable employment, tax and contractor-status law.
